I'm not in Austin. Can you work with remote clients?
For video editing, yes — we work with remote clients nationwide. Book online, upload your footage, review remotely. For tape and film digitization, media must be dropped off at our South Austin studio. Some clients use Uber Delivery or TaskRabbit for drop-off if they can't come in person.
Is there a minimum order or consultation fee?
No minimum order. No consultation fee. No upfront payment. You only pay for work that's completed and approved. We're happy to answer questions and help you plan — whether it's 1 tape or 100.
