All work is by appointment. The exact address is provided after booking so your tapes, film, photos, and files are handed directly to the person doing the work — not mailed to a warehouse or dropped at a walk-in counter.

For video editing, yes — we work with remote clients nationwide. Book online, upload your footage, review remotely. For tape and film digitization, media must be dropped off at our South Austin studio. Some clients use Uber Delivery or TaskRabbit for drop-off if they can't come in person.
