No payment is collected at booking. After we review your media, confirm the scope, and complete the work, you'll receive an invoice before any files, discs, drive, or cloud delivery are released. Special orders, purchased storage, rush work, large batches, or custom editing may require a deposit.
📍 Location sent after booking
Austin Video Solutions is a private, appointment-only studio in South Austin, TX 78748 — near S. 1st Street and FM 1626 / Akins High School. The full address and map link are sent in your booking confirmation email. Appointment-only means direct intake with the person doing the work.
🐾 Studio etiquette
Professional studio, sensitive equipment. Please leave pets at home. Service animals are welcome.

No payment is collected at booking. After your media is reviewed, the scope is confirmed, and the work is complete, you receive an invoice before files, discs, drive, or cloud delivery are released.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Reschedule or cancel through your confirmation email, or contact us directly. No penalty for changes made 12+ hours in advance.
How long does the drop-off take?
Most drop-off appointments take just a few minutes. We'll review your media, confirm formats and quantities, and give you a quote on the spot. If your project is straightforward, you're in and out quickly.
What if I don't know what formats I have?
Just bring everything. Austin Video Solutions handles VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, Video8, Digital8, MiniDV, Betamax, 8mm/Super 8 film, slides, negatives, audio cassettes, microcassettes, MiniDiscs, and more. We'll identify every format at drop-off.
Can someone else drop off for me?
Yes. Friends, family, or even an Uber Delivery or TaskRabbit courier can drop off your media. Just email us after booking so we know to expect someone other than you, and include any project notes.
